founder with a private equity background and has structured over $400M in capital across his career. He co-founded North Avenue Capital and led it from inception through its exit to Veritex Bank. Bo built Till CFO because he has been the operator who needed this infrastructure and couldn’t find it. Every system Till builds traces back to decisions he made with real stakes on the line.

Ben is an 8x founder with a Harvard MBA and an engineering degree from
Georgia Tech. He co-built North Avenue Capital alongside Bo, where the firm underwrote 1,000+ companies and ran at 50%+ net margins, profitable every quarter. Ben approaches financial systems the way an engineer approaches infrastructure: built for reliability, built to scale, built to outlast any single person operating it. Brett is a CPA who began his career in Big 4 public accounting and has spent over a decade in finance and HR leadership across fund management, nonprofit operations, and SaaS. As CFO at Leadr, he owned the full finance function for a growing people-development platform. At Till, Brett leads Service Delivery — the embedded pod engine that puts CFO-grade financial infrastructure inside every client's business. His job is making sure the system works, every time, for every client.
Ally Rodriguez
Chief of Staff
Ally is an operator who has built and run systems inside growth-stage companies across education, ecommerce, real estate, hospitality, and M&A. She cut her teeth in AI at an early-stage marketing platform, held talent integration and Chief of Staff roles inside an M&A firm, and brings a firsthand understanding of how companies scale, break, and get rebuilt. At Till, she owns the operational playbook: people, processes, and the cross-functional infrastructure that keeps a fast-scaling company on rhythm. If the machine works, it's because she built what's behind it.
